All shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground. Please feel free to reach out to us for special shipping requests including international shipments.
Return & CancellationPolicy
If you aren't satisfied with you wine rack, please feel free to reach out to us regarding the issue. A full refund will be issued 5-7 business days after product is returned. Please note we will not be able to send return shipping labels and the cost of shipping will not be covered.

If you would like to cancel your order, full refunds will be issued if cancellation request is received within 48 hours.
Please note
These products are contemporary, but are hand-made and have a slightly rustic flair. As noted in the product descriptions, “Rustic” means that there may be some small, sound knots and in some instances you might notice some machining marks on some parts. These attributes are NOT considered a "defect".
Vino-Stax carries a limited lifetime warranty. should any part ever fail due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us, we will replace part if not all of the rack (at our discretion.) In cases of abuse or improper installation, this warranty does not apply.
Installation Instructions
Vino-Stax are shipped fully assembled.
1) Simply un-box your Vino-Stax.
2) Unscrew the (2) hex head screws using the supplied hex wrench and remove the sub-backer from the shelf backer (both are marked on their back side).
3) Determine your installation location (attaching to a stud in the wall is always best, but hollow wall anchors (not included) can be used).
4) Place the sub-backer at your desired location and use a spirit level to be certain the sub-backer is plumb. Once the desired position is established, a small pencil mark along the side and bottom of the sub-backer will ensure the sub-backer can be re-placed easily after fastener holes are prepared.
5) Use the enclosed nail to mark the (2) fastener holes in the sub backer on to the wall.
6) Remove the sub-backer from the wall and drill a pilot hole for the fastener you will be using.
7) Replace the sub-backer on the wall aligning with your pencil marks and securely fasten the sub-backer in position.
8) Re-attach the backer/shelf assembly to the sub-backer using the (2) supplied hex head screws.
9) Load Vino-Stax with your bottles and ENJOY!!!
